Return Policies

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are available to assist you with the return process.

Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this 30-day period, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.

Please kindly note that the final decision regarding the eligibility of your return rests with us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your package is returned and inspected at our warehouse, we will email you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund has been approved, the amount you paid will automatically be applied to the credit card or payment service you used to make a purchase within a certain number of days.

Damaged or Incomplete Product

While very rare, if you do find a defect or issue with your item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to offer you a range of suitable solutions.

Shipping of the Returning Items

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

Undelivered Items

We make sure that all the orders are fulfilled unconditionally. However, we cannot be held liable for any issues arising from an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.

If the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, we will assist by contacting the courier service to investigate. However, we cannot guarantee a refund in such cases to prevent potential fraud. It is possible that someone else accepted the package on your behalf if you were not available. You may also follow up directly with the shipping company using your tracking number.
