1. Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from US and Asia warehouses, depending on stock availability, to ensure our customers receive the best value and service.

2. What are the shipping fees and delivery time?
We are pleased to offer free shipping for order from 150$. Otherwise, shipping may vary upon each product from 0.99USD to 9.99USD depending upon the type and size of the product.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Generally, standard (free) shipping takes approximately 7–12 business days after successful order processing. Please be aware that these timeframes may be affected by holidays, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

3. How do I track my order?
